Traditionally, chicken or pork at Jerk is cooked on branches of pimento, the tree that produces the pepper of Jamaica, sometimes called "All-Spice". This very raised marinade is inspired by traditional flavors of the Caribbean. Picing lovers will love it!

Jerk sauce contains pitted prunes and a very large amount of pepper. To prepare this sauce, you have to take certain precautions, especially wearing a gas mask to protect yourself from strong pepper vapors! All Joe Beef sauces are produced in small batches, by hand, according to the recipe of the restaurant, as if they had been produced on site. No sauce passes the doors of the warehouse without having received the Dave and Fred approval seal.

Joe Beef sauces are produced in the south shore of Montreal.

In-store pickup is available at all times and is free of charge. Pickups are prepared from Monday to Friday.
