Nicknamed "The equilibrium teas" in China, the Wulong are semi-fermented teas (reference to black teas, fermented longer), and therefore lower in theine. After picking, the leaves are withered and fermented for a time that varies according to the aromas that we want to get.

Originally from the Fujian region of China, this Jade Wulong tea of the dong ding variety (which means "iced pic" in Mandarin) is harvested in the high mountains of China.

Thanks to its very short fermentation, Jade Wulong tea has a sweet and vegetable scent. Its fresh and round taste in the mouth, with almost floral notes, does not have the astringent flavor of some black teas, and makes it an ideal tea for those who want to learn to tea. Low in theine, it is an excellent tea of relaxation and will be perfect for your evening tea or to accompany your desserts.

This great, rare and delicious, will delight the most demanding tea lovers!

Leaves tea - 110g bag

Composition:Jade Tea Wulong Dong Ding 100% Organic.

The legend tells that one day a teacher was walking in his tea garden in the heart of Fujian. Immersed in his thoughts, he suddenly saw a huge black snake come out of a tea tree. Seeing a sign of destiny, he arched some leaves from the tea tree to taste them. They were delicious and lived in the first Wulong tea, literally "black dragon tea" in Mandarin.

Even today, Fujian remains the undisputed terroir of the great wulong raws. The partial oxidation of their leaves, more or less long depending on the wines, gives teas of an infinite aromatic palette, very rich and very different flavors ranging from vegetable notes to more carpened agreements.
