Vitamin A, D, zinc and selenium have been associated with a healthy function of the thyroid gland by maintaining the metabolism of health cells and the function of triiothyronin hormones (T3) and thyroine (T4). Algae contains nutrients and minerals that support thyroid, particularly iodine. Iodine and L-tyrosine are key components of the synthesis of thyroid hormones. The search indicates that Ashwagandha and Guggul are also help factors to support healthy thyroid function.
