Thyroid support complex

Vitamin A, D, zinc and selenium have been associated with a healthy function of the thyroid gland by maintaining the metabolism of health cells and the function of triiothyronin hormones (T3) and thyroine (T4). Algae contains nutrients and minerals that support thyroid, particularly iodine. Iodine and L-tyrosine are key components of the synthesis of thyroid hormones. The search indicates that Ashwagandha and Guggul are also help factors to support healthy thyroid function. Vitamin A and C, selenium and guggul combined with curcuma neutralize free radicals that affect the 'iodothyronine 5' enzyme by acting as antioxidants.

Precautions
In rare cases, some ingredients can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches or fatigue. Guggul can cause a rash in some sensitive people. Do not be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Some ingredients can be contraindicated for people who take benzodiazepines or CNS depressants. Ashwagandha is not recommended for people who take immunosuppressive drugs. Some ingredients can interact with anticoagulants. Ashwagandha, Guggul and L-Tyrosine can have an additive effect with thyroid drugs. Consult your doctor for more information.
