Recommended use: helps relieve the symptoms of colds and flu.

Recommended dosage: for adults and children over 12 years old:drink five cups a day from the first symptoms, then reduce to a cup a day for five days. Repeat as needed.

Instructions for use: Pour 240 ml of boiling water over a bag, cover and let infuse from 10 to 15 minutes. Gently press the bag to extract all the benefits.

Duration of use: can be used for 10 to 21 days.
