Medicinal Ingredients:

Each bag contains 300 mg ACTAEA RACEMOSA root (stocked), 300 mg VITEX Agnus-Castus fruit (racing), 600 mg Fleur de Matricaria Chamomilla (German chamomile).

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Cinnamon, apple, cranberry, hibiscus flower (Sabdariffa), orange peel.

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet (1.5 g) 1 to 3 times a day in infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
