Recommended use: traditionally used in herbalism to promote digestion.

Recommended dosage: Adults and adults aged 14 and over:Drink a cup (two bags) of two to four times a day. Teenagers from 10 to 14 years old:drinking a cup (two bags) once or twice a day. Children from five to nine years:drinking a cup (two bags) once a day. Children from two to four years old:drinking a cup (a bag) once a day.

Instructions for use: Pour 240 ml of boiling water to one or two bags (depending on the recommended dosage), cover and let infuse from 10 to 15 minutes. Press the bags gently to extract all benefits.
