Organic elder berry herbal tea

The Elderberry Herbal Tea by Clef des Champs is recognized for its antiviral and immunomodulatory properties, particularly against viruses responsible for colds and flu. It may help reduce the duration and intensity of symptoms when taken at the onset of infection and is also used preventively when the risk of contagion is high.

It supports the immune system by stimulating cytokine production and enhancing the response of immune cells, while exerting an anti-inflammatory action that may help relieve pain, body aches, and fever associated with viral infections.

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) is also used for respiratory conditions, as it helps thin secretions, clear the airways, reduce congestion, and improve nasal flow, particularly in cases of colds or sinusitis.

Dosage: Drink 1 to 2 cups per day.

Directions: Place 4 tablespoons of berries in 1 liter of water, soak for a few hours, simmer for 20 minutes, then strain.
