Blessed thistle: 60 vegetable capsules Thistle Marie: 90 capsules fenugreek: 60 vegetable capsules

recommended dose:

Blessed thistle: Adults, Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times a day. Thistle Marie: Adults, 1 capsule 3 times a day. Take with a glass of water. Use for at least 3 weeks to find the beneficial effects. Fenugreek: Adults, Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times a day.
