Kelp has been used for centuries as an important nutritional staple in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. It is also an excellent source of iodine, which has been shown to be essential for proper thyroid function. The powder form adds versatility for adjusting dosage, and this powder can be added to health shakes and juices.
