Natural Factors Vitex Standardized Extract helps reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), such as breast tenderness, bloating, fatigue, and irritability. Vitex has been traditionally used for hundreds of years. Each vegetarian capsule contains vitex, standardized to 0.6% aucubin.
