Le céleri, plante miraculeuse ,naturelle et bon marché est malheureusement méconnue par beaucoup de personnes . Il faut lui faire plus de publicité pour la mettre en valeur. Merci

En Iran il y a un plat chaud qui associe le céleri en branche et le jarret de veau .On y ajoute des fines herbes typiques de là-bas .
C’est un plat très populaire, très fin et légèrement acidulé.
