Super elderberry smoothie
Elderberry is a small fruit full of good vitamins, including vitamin C. We love it during winter for its stimulating properties of the immune system. Acerola, raspberries and blueberries do the same!
Ingredients :
2 tbsp. tablespoon of flaxseed oil
4 tbsp. tbsp organic Greek yogurt
3 g of Acerola powder (Flora)
5 g of elderberry crystals (Flora)
1 cup frozen raspberries or blueberries
1 small banana
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Preparation :
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
