Cherry-Coconut Ice Cream Bar
Dessert, snack or lunch, no need to choose with the cherry-coconut ice cream bar! Nothing else to say, it looks so good… off to the kitchen!
On to the recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Yoso natural coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup vanilla
- 2 cups Yoso vanilla coconut yogurt
- 10 drops of stevia
Preparation
In a blender, grind the cherries, stevia, vanilla and plain yogurt.
In pop sicle molds, alternate 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cherry-coconut mixture until the mold is filled. You will need about 10 molds, depending on size.
Place in the freezer overnight. Treat yourself the next morning!
