Ingredients for the blueberry granola bars recipe
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups puffed rice
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 serving Garden of Life organic vanilla raw protein
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1 cup peanut butter or other
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation for the blueberry granola bars recipe
Mix dry ingredients (first 9).
Melt peanut butter and coconut oil with maple syrup.
Add melted mixture to dry ingredients. Combine well.
Roll out dough in an 8-inch Pyrex dish lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour before cutting.
