Tahini sauce

Salad

  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens 
  • 1 cup carrots, grated  
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, cut in half 
  • Cherry tomatos
  • Italian parsley
  • Humus
  • Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)

Steps to prepare the Mediterranean falafel bowl recipe

Falafels

Follow the instructions provided on the package.

Tahini sauce

In a small bowl, mix ingredients together. 

Add water or seasonings to reach desired texture and taste.

When ready to serve

In 2 serving bowls, add the veggies in equal portions.

Add a generous amount of humus on top and sprinkle seeds. 

Add warm falafels and drizzle with tahini sauce. 

Serve with Naan bread.
