Ingredients
- 1 can of whole coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 orange – for its juice and zest
- 1 scoop of VegiDay Spring Nutritional Drink
Trim
At your choice, sprinkle your smoothie bowl with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. Here's some inspiration!
- 1 C. teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 C. tsp chia seeds
- 1 C. beepollen
- Grated coconut
- Finely cut pieces of mango, pineapple and banana
- Nut butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except topping, in blender container. Blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice cubes.
Pour into a bowl and add the topping ingredients.
