At your choice, sprinkle your smoothie bowl with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. Here's some inspiration!

  • 1 C. teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 C. tsp chia seeds
  • 1 C. beepollen
  • Grated coconut
  • Finely cut pieces of mango, pineapple and banana
  • Nut butter

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except topping, in blender container. Blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice cubes.

Pour into a bowl and add the topping ingredients.
