Egg, Cheese, and Green Onion Bites

These egg bites are moist and flavorful, with melted cheese and fresh green onions. Perfect for a quick breakfast, brunch, or snack, they’re easy to make and delicious in every bite.

Ingredients (12 bites)

6 large eggs
• ½ cup milk or unsweetened plant-based milk
• ½ cup grated cheese
• 3–4 green onions, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
• ¼ teaspoon paprika
• A little cooking spray for the pan

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin with a little oil or cooking spray.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt, pepper, and paprika until the mixture is smooth.

Add the shredded cheese and green onions, then gently stir to combine the ingredients.

Divide the mixture among the muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until the bites are puffed and lightly browned.

Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and serving.
