Ingredients for the cookie dough bites recipe
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup almond powder
- 2 servings Genuine Health Pure Marine or Bovine Collagen (unflavored)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp dairy-free mini chocolate chips
Preparation for cookie dough bites recipe
Mix almond powder, shredded coconut and collagen in a bowl.
Stir in maple syrup and coconut oil.
Add mini chocolate chips.
Shape into 1-tablespoon balls.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until desired texture.
