Ingredients to prepare the homemade chai hot chocolate recipe
- 1 1/2 cup oat milk
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 4 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Medjool datte, pitted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 can coconut whipping cream
Steps to prepare the homemade chai hot chocolate recipe
Mix all the ingredients in a blender except the coconut cream.
Pour in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly.
Whip the coconut cream.
Pour chai hot chocolate into two mugs and top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle a little ground cinnamon or grated chocolate and enjoy in nice company!
