3-ingredient back-to-school snack recipe

After school, get their little hands busy rolling delicious chocolate chip bites. This back-to-school snack recipe requires only 3 simple allergy-friendly ingredients and there's no cooking, no knives and no mess... well maybe a little mess!

Ingredients for the 3-ingredient back-to-school snack recipe
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
- ½ cup Enjoy Life mini chips
Optional add-ins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or blueberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp hempseeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, chopped
Instructions for the 3-ingredient back-to-school snack recipe
Place all but 3 tbsp of the oats in the container of a small food processor. Pulse until oats become coarse flour.
Combine the coarse oat flour, remaining whole oats, sunflower seed butter and the mini chips.
Scoop out into about 20-22 bite-sized portions and roll into balls.
Place in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
