Ingredients for the 3-ingredient nutritious jam recipe
- 3 tbsp whole black chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups fresh berries, or thawed
Instructions to prepare the 3-ingredient nutritious jam recipe
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds and maple syrup and let it thicken for a few minutes.
Mash the fruits with a fork. For a smoother jam, process the fruit in a food processor.
Pour the fruits into the bowl containing the chia and syrup. Mix and leave to rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Personalize this recipe by changing up the sweetener and the fruits.
Enjoy on toast, yogourt, smoothie bowl or... right out of the jar!
