Ingredients for the coconut coffee ice cream recipe
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (full fat or light)
- 2 to 3 tsp Dandy Blend
- Sweetner (honey, maple syrup, stevia or other)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preparation for the coconut coffee ice cream recipe
Mix all ingredients by hand or in a blender.
If the coconut cream is too thick, add a little water gradually for a lighter texture.
Taste and adjust sugar and spices to taste.
Pour in a container and place in the freezer, stirring every half hour.
