Our protein pancakes are ready in only 15 minutes. It's up to you to make them in the morning or to prepare them in advance and take them out of the freezer when you feel like having one.

Ingredients for the chocolate-banana protein pancakes recipe
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 scoops chocolate Perfect Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 flax egg
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Coconut oil for cooking
Steps to prepare the chocolate-banana protein pancakes recipe
In a medium bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the mashed banana, flax egg, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine. Add a little more flour for thicker pancakes.
Heat some coconut oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Pour ¼ cup of the pancake mix into the pan and stir gently so that the batter evenly coats the cooking surface.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until the pancake is cooked in the center and crispy on the edge.
Enjoy with fresh fruit and a maple syrup !
