Homemade pizza crust recipe

A delicious homemade pizza, what better way to treat yourself for dinner? But the crust... who has time to prepare it from scratch? It's complex. You really have to know what you're doing. And above all, you need a lot of time you to prepare it.

All that is now a thing of the past thanks to La Milanaise's organic Tipo ''00'' pizza flour. To prepare this flour, varieties of extensible wheat are selected and the extraction process is very rigorous. The goal is to help you to prepare and enjoy a pizza worthy of the best restaurants.

Preheat oven at 450°F.

For the pizza crust

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Make a well and add the water. Stir with a wooden spoon.

Knead for 5 minutes on a floured surface. When the dough is smooth, form a ball and roll the dough. Generously brush a baking sheet with oil. Place the dough on the baking sheet.

For the pizza sauce

In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce with the pesto, rosemary, onion powder, Italian parsley and the garlic. Set a side.

Assemble the pizza

Roll the edges of the pizza dough inwards to create the crust. Brush the dough with olive oil. Add the sauce and toppings of your choice. Cook for 15 minutes.
