  • 3-5 tsp blueberry-lavender infusion
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries 
  • 3 tbsp slivered almonds

Pour the frozen blueberries into a medium-sized pot. Add the culinary lavender, monk fruit sweetener and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Use a fork to break down the blueberries and let the liquid thicken slightly. Pull off the heat.

Next, strain the blueberry-lavender infusion by putting it through a fine wire mesh strainer. Set the liquid aside.

Pour the coconut yogurt, 4 tbsp blueberry lavender infusion, Sleep Better Perfect Protein Elevated, and monk fruit sweetener into a medium-sized bowl. Stir well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Pour on the yogurt mixture and spread out evenly using a spoon.

Freeze for 2 hours.
