Chocolate fat bomb
The fat bomb is the guilty pleasure of the ketogenic diet. By eating Keto, you can eliminate sugar and reduce carbohydrates to a minimum, but you still have to indulge in little taste pleasures from time to time! To avoid feeling guilty, tell yourself that the fat bomb doesn't have that name for nothing. This is in fact a very rich intake of lipids. It is an effective solution for balancing your fat intake.
Each fat bomb gives you 10 grams of fat and 1 gram of carbohydrates.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 4 tbsp. 1 tbsp powdered sugar replacement (Swerve)
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation
In a pot, melt the coconut oil over medium-low heat and add the almond butter. Mix well.
Once melted, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous texture. Adjust the amount of sugar replacement to taste.
Pour the mixture into small molds or ice cube trays.
Store in an airtight dish in the freezer.
Before pouring the mixture, you can place some chopped nuts or seeds in the molds to add a crunchy texture.
