Vegan fudge

A very simple vegan fudge because it is prepared with only 2 ingredients!

Interesting, isn't it? Here is the recipe in all its simplicity.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Let's Do organic sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, bring the concentrated coconut milk to a boil.

Remove from fire. Add 1/4 cup of sifted cocoa powder and stir gently until everything is well incorporated. Repeat for remaining cocoa, 1/4 cup at a time.

Line a mold with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Pour in the mixture and cover. Refrigerate for a few hours, until the fudge has hardened.

If time is short, it is also possible to place the mixture in the freezer. Be careful that it doesn't freeze though!
