Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/3 cup ORIJIN hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup ORIJIN hemp flour
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose, unbleached)
- 1 C. teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 C. teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch of salt
Wet ingredients
- ½ cup 100% pure orange juice, no pulp
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
Happiness ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients with a fork.
In a small bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix roughly.
Mix with a fork and add the happiness ingredients.
Using an ice cream scoop, form 10 patties.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool before eating!
