Gluten free pumpkin waffle recipe
A yummy breakfast on a beautiful cool autumn morning, anyone? Here's our tasty gluten-free pumpkin waffle recipe with its fall spices and its light naturally sweet pumpkin taste. All you need is a gourmet coffee and your most comfortable pajamas!
Ingredients to prepare the gluten free pumpkin waffle recipe
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose gluten free
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground clove
- 1/8 c. à thé de sel
- 3/4 cup plant based oat milk
- 2/3 tasse de purée de citrouille
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
Steps to prepare the gluten free pumpkin waffle recipe
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt
In another bowl, using an electric mixer, mix the plant based milk, pumpkin puree, oil, eggs and maple syrup. Beat until mixture starts to foam.
Add the dry ingredients gradually. Beat on high speed until smooth (about one minute).
With a wooden spoon, stir in the nuts and raisins. Mix.
Let rest 10 to 15 minutes.
Place part of the dough in the waffle iron, previously heated and brushed with oil. Spread lightly as needed and bake until golden brown.
Between each cooking, to obtain crispy waffles, lightly brush the cooking surface of the waffle maker with oil.
Serve with maple syrup and a touch of whip cream.
