Ingredients for the coconut cream pie overnight oats recipe
- 2 tbsp Nuts to You Rainforest Butter
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- ¼ cup yogurt

Combine nut butter, coconut milk and sugar in a jar or bowl, and whisk until well combined.
Stir in oats, chia seeds and most of the shredded coconut (leave some for garnish).
Place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
To serve, top with yogurt and remaining coconut.
