Perfect hummus for school recipe

- 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup organic silken tofu
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Wowbutter
- 1 C. tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garnish (optional) paprika, parsley

Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
