Ingredients to prepare the plant-based turmeric golden milk recipe
- 1 can coconut milk
- 400 ml water
- 2 tsp fermented turmeric
- 1 tsp fermented ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp honey or coconut sugar (optional)
- A pinch of fresh ground pepper
