Ingredients

1 cup of plant-based milk

½ tsp Lion’s Mane powder

½ to 1 tsp instant coffee

1 tsp maple syrup (to taste)

½ tsp cocoa powder (optional, for a chocolatey touch)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

A pinch of sea salt
Preparation

In a small saucepan, gently heat the plant-based milk without boiling.

Add the mushroom powders, instant coffee, cocoa, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.

Remove from heat, add the maple syrup, and mix well.
