Ingredients for the matcha latte recipe

Instructions for the matcha latte recipe

Mix matcha powder, Collagen Peptides, MCT Powder and hot water in a mug with a handheld or electric whisk. 

Add in maple syrup.

Heat oat milk in a saucepan or in a milk frother.

Add oat milk to matcha mixture when it has reached desired temperature.

Enjoy hot or add ice cubes.
