Steps to prepare the keto blueberry muffin recipe

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place 12 paper or silicone liners in a muffin tin.

In a bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder and xanthan gum, if used.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, melted butter, vanilla and lemon juice. The preparation must be homogeneous.

Then add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until the flour is well incorporated. Add the blueberries.

Pour the mixture into the muffin tins. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Check if cooked using a toothpick.

Bonjour Madeleine, oui effectivement la recette contient beaucoup de gras car c’est la base de l’alimentation cétogène. En contre partie, elle est très faible en glucide. Merci
