Ingredients for the keto yogurt parfait recipe
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- organic berries (fresh or thawed) in the desired quantity
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 to 3 tbsp nut butter of choice
Steps to prepare the keto yogurt parfait recipe
In a bowl, pour the yogurt and chia seeds*. Mix together.
Add nut butter. Mix vigorously.
Add berries. Mix again.
Can be consumed immediately, but it's best to let it rest for a few minutes or overnight to allow the chia seeds to hydrate.

*If you are not used to eating chia seeds or a good amount of fiber, it would be better to put in a little less and gradually increase over time to give your gut a chance to get used to them. Otherwise, you may experience discomfort such as bloating.
