Pico de Gallo recipe

If you din't know, Pico de Gallo is a term used in Mexico to refer to a mixture of tomatoes, onions and jalapeños peppers cut into small pieces.
Ingredients for the Pico de Gallo recipe
- 5 medium to large tomatoes, seeded and diced ⠀
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 bunch coriander, finely chopped ⠀
- 3 cloves garlic, minced ⠀
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely cut
- 1/2 lime juice ⠀
- Spicy Herbamare, to taste
Instructions for the Pico de Gallo recipe
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with the Spicy Herbamarre.
Let sit for 10 minutes and enjoy in a burger, on a salad or simply with a piece of bread or a few tortilla chips!

Je mettrais du poivron ordinaire (jaune), je couperais la quantité de tomates de moitié (moins d’acidité dans l’assiette et le corps) pour les remplacer par du concombre frais coupé en dés. Voila mon inspiration!
