Ingredients for the low carb popsicles recipe
- 400 ml plain greek yogurt
- 350 ml unsweetened juice of different colors
- 6 oz blueberries or raspberries
- Few tops of vanilla extract
- Few drops of liquid stevia extract (different flavors available)
Instructions for the low carb popsicles recipe
Mix the greek yogurt with the juice.
Add a few drops of vanilla. To give a sweet taste to the preparation, add a few drops of liquid stevia.
Fill popsicle molds halfway with blueberries, raspberries or any other fruit of your choice. Pour the yogurt-juice mixture over the fruits. Leave some space for the stick.
Gently knock on the molds to allow the mixture to evenly spread and let out the air bubbles.
Freeze. Enjoy once completely frozen.
