Vegan queso
Nacho night coming up? I present to you a healthy vegan queso recipe that is as easy to prepare as it is to eat!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew nuts , soaked for 20 minutes then drained
- ½ cup chopped orange pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 C. flax seeds
- ½ cup unsweetened almond drink
- 1 C. teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ tsp. teaspoon onion powder
- ½ tsp. teaspoon paprika
- ½ tsp. teaspoon miso (available in stores)
- ½ tsp. teaspoon of salt
- ¼ tsp. teaspoon pepper
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. liquid aminos
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with your choice of tomatoes or jalapeño peppers.
