Preparation for Pork Chops with Maple BBQ Sauce recipe

In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, maple syrup, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Reserve some of the marinade for cooking.

Place pork chops in a shallow dish and brush generously with marinade. Make sure chops are well coated on both sides. Cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Lightly brush ribs with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Place the ribs on the hot barbecue and grill for around 15-20 minutes, turning regularly. Brush with the marinade reserved during cooking for maximum flavor.

Check if cooked by cutting a small slit in the meat. Pork chops should be cooked through, with clear juices.

Remove the pork chops from the barbecue and leave to rest for a few minutes before cutting into individual portions. Serve with your favorite side dishes. We suggest the Parmesan Fries recipe. Enjoy!
