- 1 baguette
- 150g fresh goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A few fresh mint leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the recipe for croutons with goat cheese, strawberries and balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut baguette into 1 cm-thick slices.
Place slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, wash and remove strawberry stems. Cut into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey.
