Ingredients for the blue lavender chia pudding
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Blume Blue Lavender Blend
Topping
- Fresh fruit
- Granola
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- Plant-based greek yogurt
Steps to prepare the blue lavender chia pudding
In a large jar, combine the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, Blue Lavender blend, half the blueberries and shake to combine.
Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours to fully thicken.
Top with the remaining blueberries and grated coconut and enjoy, it's that simple!
