Mango turmeric chia pudding recipe

Ingredients for the mango turmeric chia pudding recipe
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tsp of SETA Turmeric Latte blend
- ½ cup mango pieces, fresh or frozen
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt

Steps to prepare the mango turmeric chia pudding recipe
In the container of a blender, add the plant-based drink, maple syrup, vanilla, SETA mix and mango pieces. Mix until obtaining a smooth texture.
Pour the mixture into a container with an airtight lid. Add the chia seeds, close and shake vigorously.
Leave to rest in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. During this time, the chia will soak up liquid and increase in volume.
Divide the chia mixture into 2 or 3 portions and add the yogurt.
Garnish when serving.
