Recipe for Chimichurri macaroni salad with Mac 'N Cheeze sauce

Colourful, flavourful, and nutritious, it’s a great addition to any plate or a complete meal on its own with the protein of your choice.
Ingredients for the Chimichurri Macaroni Salad with Mac ‘N Cheeze Sauce
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Plant-based bacon, chopped
1 green bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2–3 celery stalks
1 grated carrot
1 diced tomato
250 g cooked macaroni
2 tbsp Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce
1 tbsp Chimichurri pesto
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for the Chimichurri Macaroni Salad with Mac ‘N Cheeze Sauce
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, bell peppers, celery, carrot, tomato, red onion, and plant-based bacon.
Add the Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce and Chimichurri, and mix until everything is well coated.
