Waldorf salad recipe with creamy vinaigrette and grilled chicken

- 2 Québec apples, diced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup fresh grapes, halved
- 1 romaine lettuce, well washed and chopped
- Juice of half a lemon, to prevent oxidation of apples
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, cut into pieces

- 100 ml plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. old-fashioned mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
