Vegan cauliflower wings tacos recipe

For the cauliflower wings 

For taco filling 

  • Gluten-free tortillas  
  • Lettuce, thinly sliced 
  • Red cabbage, thinly sliced 
  • Avocado, sliced 
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped 

Preparation for Plant-based Cauliflower Wing Taco recipe  

Preheat oven to 200°C. 

In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, almond drink, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper to create a smooth batter. 

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it's well coated. 

Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
 
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy. 
 
While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the toppings. 
 
Reheat tortillas according to package directions. 
 
Assemble the tacos by placing crispy cauliflower wings on the tortillas, then add the toppings. 
 
Finish by drizzling the plant-based yogurt sauce and hot sauce on top. 

Serve immediately!
