Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of coconut vegetable drink
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 C. tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 serving of Whole Earth & Sea Fermented Green Foods
