Our frozen tofu with berries can be enjoyed as is or used as base for a tasty smoothie bowl. The tofu and tahini make it a high-protein nutritious recipe perfect for any time of the day.
If you don't have raspberries or blueberries at home, you can always substitute them with any other frozen fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients for the frozen tofu with berries recipe
- 300 g soft tofu
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
Toppings
- Mini chocolate chips
- Coconut smiles
- Fresh berries
Instructions for the frozen tofu with berries recipe
Place all the ingredients, except the toppings, in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately in 2 small bowls and garnish to your liking.
To consume later, pour the preparation into 2 airtight containers and place them in the freezer. Transfer containers to the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
