Vegan Ranch Style Dip
This vegan ranch-style dip is perfect to accompany a meal, as a snack, even as a dip on a sandwich.
But that's not all ! Each serving contains more than 7 grams of plant-based protein. Slip it into your lunch box and those of the children and ensure a better daily protein intake!

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup cashews
- 1 serving of Garden of Life organic plain raw protein
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup unsweetened almond drink
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp. teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp. teaspoonnutritional yeast
- 1 C. teaspoon onion powder
- 1 C. teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ tsp. teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp. chopped shallot
Preparation
Soak the cachous in water for about an hour to soften them.
Then, rinse the soaked cachous and place them in the container of a blender. Add all other ingredients except the herbs. Mix until you obtain a very smooth mixture.
Add the herbs and mix with a spoon.
Refrigerate the dip for a few hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or others.
