Organic sauerkraut
The simplest recipe is probably the most elegant. Cauliflower of organic field, finely sliced, combined with the best salt in the world. The pink salt is different from ordinary salt. Harvested in several millions of years old deposits, it contains 80% sodium and 20% minerals and soluble elements. This sauerkraut is fermented in barrel at least three weeks before being packed by hand in mason jars. We offers in-store pick-up. This service is fast and free. Pick-ups are prepared Monday through Friday and you can pick it up anytime during our business hours once it’s ready.
